Key Responsibilities:
Developing and Implementing HR Strategies : Design and execute HR policies and procedures that align with our company’s goals and virtual operations.
Virtual Staff Management : Efficiently manage a remote team using various digital tools, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and high productivity.
Recruitment and Onboarding : Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new employees virtually.
Performance Management : Utilize performance management software to track and evaluate employee progress, provide feedback, and implement development plans.
Employee Relations : Cultivate a positive remote work culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering team morale.
Compliance and Policy Management : Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies, with an understanding of how to adapt these for a virtual setting.
Training and Development : Identify training needs and organize virtual training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.
HR Administration : Manage HR documentation, payroll, and benefits using digital HR management tools.
Reporting to the CEO : Regularly report on HR metrics, employee performance, and strategic initiatives to the CEO.
